Children learn best through play. Play is defined as an activity that is self-chosen, self-directed and the player can choose to stop when they are done. We gift children with time to play with others. Teachers are facilitators of play in the room - they observe, get out more materials when needed or requested, make sure students are engaging safely, help ensure all voices are heard, and play with students when invited. No two children are alike, and no two brains develop alike - children are gifted with the time to develop on their own timeline.

We value time outside and make time daily to get the children outside to play.
